Team Coaching

Team coaching programs tend to involve a longer period of engagement between the whole team and the team coach, who work together in partnership over a period of 6-12 months or more.

During the program, the coach and team members work together to increase the team’s awareness and understanding of how members work together and relate to each other, aiming to build trust and engagement between the people involved. 

As well as working on the relationships within the team, the team coaching program will also support the team in defining and developing the shared purpose of the team and the processes used by the team to optimise its performance and effectiveness.

As a team coach, I bring my own values - Love, Joy, Hope & Purpose. I use these values to tune in and be curious about what is happening in and to the team. Enabling teams to become aware of how they behave and how they function, allows them to make choices about what they change and how they develop.

Good to define that the session was for the team themselves in helping them to consider where they are at, and how they can feel better about this. There was a good intro to this.
